1. Child Labor

Our company knows that the most important building block of a healthy society is children, the importance of children for our future and how important well-educated children are for the development of society. For this purpose, the definition of child labor is included in the company instructions, taking into account national and international laws. And child labor is never allowed. However, when it is understood that there is a case of misleading identity and child labor without knowing it, it covers the education expenses of the child worker until the child's age is completed and directs the child to education. Employs a member of the family instead of the child worker.

Our company does not employ young workers under the age of 18 as workers. However, he knows that it is forbidden to employ young workers in heavy and dangerous jobs and night work for young workers who are students and have to be employed in order to study in the enterprise. The young worker prefers to work in offices. When the young worker needs to enter the production area, he is in the factory without the department manager or the responsible person.
